MCPL produces alloyed grey cast iron castings, ductile iron castings, steel castings up to 100kg per piece and box size of 750X450X200mm using 100% shell mould and shell core process catering customers' demands for high quality castings with close tolerances and accurate shapes. MCPL is mainly specialized in pressure tight castings.

  A few words about MCPL  

Mr. Mohan B. Tol

Mahalakshmee Castings Private Limited (MCPL), was set up in 1996 by Mr. Mohan B. Tol, a former member of Board of Directors of Kirloskar Cummins Limited (KCL).

MCPL is situated in the industrial area of Pirangut just 12km away from the city of Pune (Maharashtra, India). The plant has been certified ISO 9001:2015 and has a melting capacity of 1,000 tons annually. With advanced shell molding technology customer demands for high quality castings maintaining tight tolerances and a high degree of dimensional stability can be met.

'To provide quality castings on time and at the lowest cost by satisfying the stated and implied needs of the customer along with fulfilling the needs and expectations of the interested parties leading to customer satisfaction.'

This shall be achieved by teamwork with positive attitude striving for continual improvement in all related processes as well as identifying the internal and external issues and initiating actions to mitigate their risks.
