Foundry Unit


MCPL foundry unit is equipped with advanced foundry machinery for producing alloyed grey iron castings by 100% resin shell moulding process. The foundry setup has following machinery to yield high quality castings

PATTERN SHOP


MCPL is supported by inhouse pattern shop which is equipped with VMC & Conventional machines to cater the various needs of our prestigious Customers. Appropriate and excellent measuring instruments to measure and check entire machining process are available in-house. MCPL also has tie-ups with professional pattern makers in Pune area. The pattern development can also be off loaded to speed up the work.
